DAS 60th Annual Exhibition
Our Annual Exhibition took place on the weekend of Friday 20th October 2023 at Dalkey Town Hall.
There were a total of 162 paintings at the exhibition, representing 50 of our artists, and arranged according to theme by curator Tony Strickland. Despite the weekend beginning with an orange weather warning and non-stop rain, over 700 art lovers came to see our work over the course of the weekend.
Our raffle painting, donated generously by Naomi Peppard, raised a whopping €1520 for the Irish Cancer Society! Thank you Naomi!
Our member’s painting competition “green spaces” was sponsored by Evans Art Supplies. Judged by Lurene Fitzpatrick and won by artist Sheila McNally.
It was lovely to see so many people connect over their love of art.

Thank you to all who made this event possible!
Dublin Art Society (DAS) was formed in 1961 and our annual art exhibition showcases the immense talent of our members. The day-to-day running of our society, events, and the organisation of our annual exhibition is all achieved through our members generously volunteering their time, energy, and skills, and we are so grateful.
